they are very supportive and totally agree and want him to go. it shows that they really care about him. just because they happen to be drunks they are still very good people who want the best for their son.

They thought it was a good idea to go to a different school. They are very supportive of him. i think that they really care about him even though they are drunks.
They didnt really think about it they just thought it was a good idea and if Junior wanted to switch for sure they would be okay with his decition.His parents just wanted him to do what he wantes and that he wont regret his decition. It just says that they are good parents they just want there kids to have a better life.
His parents reacted fine with his decision. They didn't think it was a bad idea. They just asked if he was sure and when he wanted to start. This shows that they don't care what they have to do. they want their kids to have dreams and go as far as they can in life. They know what it is like to have a family and be poor, they don't want their kids like that.
His parents want what is best for him so they are very supportive of his idea. they believe in him and are proud that he cares so much about his education. Their kids mean more to them than anything.

It shows that despite not being able to give Junior more, they give him everything they can. It shows they sacrifice things for him, and love him. That makes them good parents in my eyes.
Juniors parents seemed to almost hesitate by his question at first, but they were definitely very open and willing to go with what he wanted. I think this shows that his parents care very much about him and would like him to go further in life than they did.
