his mom had the same book that he has in geometry. he is angry because his mom had the same book. he doesnt understand why they cant get new books after 30 years. he gets angry because he thinks that they shouldnt have to study from the same book and he thinks that people should care enough to get new books. he thinks that no body really cares about the students at school and it hurts him some how.

I Agree. i think that would be weird to have the same book as my parents because history and stuff updated so there book is probably wrong in some things. it would be more wrong for juniors time and the book would of been a better one for his moms time.
what angers Junior is that there tribe is so poor.He was excited to read a book but when he saw that his mom read it he wasn't excited to read it anymore. The book was about 30 years older than Junior and he thought it was sad how his tripe is still reading the same book as everybodys parents.He thought it was sad that they were to poor to buy newer ones.
What made him so mad about his Geometry book, was that his mom had the same book. Which reminded him that he was poor and that the school couldn't afford to buy new books even after over 30 years. He wanted to learn new stuff, not the same stuff his parents read.
It makes Junior angry how poor his tribe is because they don't even have enough money for new books. Education is important to Junior so he thinks its ridiculous that they can't even afford new books for his and everyone elses education.
I agree with Junior but i wouldnt go as far as throwing the book at the teacher because its not the teachers fault. The kids in his grade shouldnt be studying the same books as his parents but if thats all the school can afford i guess thats better than nothing.
