Hea again laughs. Mrs.Jermey says a mean and stupid coment and the whole class sticks up for Junior. Then Junior starts to laugh. It is significant because everytime he feels bad or sad or even happy he laughs. It shows that he is much stronger as a person than he describes.
Bailey, i totaly agree with you. It was great that the class stuck up for Junior. Also if hes depressed/sad or something he laughs about it and it does show that he is a stronger person than he describes.
Junior laughs it off again. She didn't notice that junior has been gone because all of these people in his life have died and hes going through a tough time. It is significant because when anything bad happens he just laughs it off.
At first Junior was all sad and depressed, he felt helpless and stupid. He just wanted to read and make carttons. He also coped with grief by laughing. The teacher, Mrs Jeremy was saying stuff to Junior and he felt like she was mocking him. But in her class after her being rude everyone in the class room was sticking up for Junior. What is significan with Junior is that if he is ever in a bad/sad/deppressed mood he would just laugh.
Junior copes with his grief by laughing. Also he draws pictures of what makes him sad and he writes down all the joys in his life. Him laughing at things is significant because everytime something like that happens, he laughs. It shows he's strong and not scared to stand up for himself. In class the teacher makes a rude remark and the whole class stands up for him!

She said that to Junior, and all the other students stuck up for Junior and then they all slammed there books shut and left. Junior was the only student left in the classroom and he ended up bursting out with laughter.

They all stand up, drop their books, and walk out. It's so significant to Junior because it shows that people at this school really do care about him.
Mrs Jeremy's Makes a rude comment and He just laughs about it again. its significant because he staays positive through his bad times. and everyone sticking up for him shows that they are really his friends and do care.
Junior obviously hasnt been in school because he's lost important poeple in his life. When Mrs. Jeremy makes the rude comment about him never being here, the whole class sticks up for him and storms out. They really do care.
