Why does Junior describe his grandmother as tolerant?

  1. He describes her that way because it's what he most reveres about her. He doesn't think anybody else is as tolerant as her and that's why everybody loves her. She doesn't judge, and that's a really good quality to have.

  3. Junior describes his grandmother as tolerant because she is basically the only one who is tolerant now days. Like the other indians have lost all of their tolerance but his grandmother hasn't. She doesnt Judge people she is kind to everyone in the same way no matter if your very poor to being very rich. She is a kind lady and never judges anyone. Everybody loved her, and she loved everybody.

  13. Being the way that she was is a great trait to have. It seemed that she had a wonderful personality. When i think of how they describe Juniors grandma, it reminds me of the saying "Treat others how you would want to be treated".
